Exercise Relieves Anxiety and Stress

Exercise in one of the best remedies for anxiety and stress. The daily stresses of the must-do everything lifestyle of today can easily take over and send you on a downward spiral to poor health.

Overworking, over scheduling, and poor eating are some of the major contributing factors to this detrimental and debilitating lifestyle.

Although you can't control all of the external factors pulling at you every day you can control the one that matters the most: exercise. By incorporating exercise into your daily routine you will not only look and feel better but you will also invigorate yourself and be better prepared to handle all of the stressful situations that life throws at you.

  1. Great, short post. A lot of people don't understand that exercise and weight lifting isn't all about muscle growth. You can really relieve some stress and anxiety this way. Not to mention a little anger management with a punching bag! ;)
